  • We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please reach out to your local carrier for help with delivery issues.

  • We're die-hard fans of our work and we're sure you'll love it too. But your satisfaction is paramount! Items can be returned within 15 days.

Are your products FDA-approved?

  • Per FDA regulations, bath and beauty products cannot make therapeutic claims. While we stand by the ingredients we use, we are not healthcare professionals and make no medical claims.

What’s in your formulas?

  • Our base formula centers on olive oil, and production tools come in contact with all listed ingredients.
    All soaps contain lye, which is essential to the saponification process — but don’t worry! No lye remains in the final product after curing.
     

What about your fragrances?

  • Our fragrance blends are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other harmful chemicals commonly found in commercial products.​

Should I patch-test your products?

  • Yes — we always recommend performing a patch test before full use.
    ​

What ingredients should I watch out for?

  • Our products may contain olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, kokum butter, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, carrot seed oil, vitamin C, vitamin E, aloe vera, fragrances, emulsifiers (used in lotions and mists), and sodium hydroxide (used in the soap-making process but no longer present in the final bar). Other ingredients include frankincense resin, myrrh powder, papaya leaf powder, sandalwood powder, rose clay, kaolin clay, French green clay, dried petals, and poppy seeds.

🧼 SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

How long do your products last?

Because we use minimal preservatives and natural ingredients, our products are best enjoyed fresh:

  • Soap: Use within 6 months. Over time, bars may discolor or lose scent, which is a natural process.

  • Face Cream & Lotion: Best used within 6 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain consistency and freshness.

  • Mists: For best experience, use within 6–12 months. Shake well before each use. Store away from heat.

  • Car Diffuser Oils: Best within 6 months of opening. Store upright and keep the wooden cap from prolonged contact with sensitive surfaces, as oils may seep.
     

Do you add preservatives?

  • We use only what's necessary to maintain quality, and we avoid harsh chemical preservatives. This is why proper storage and timely use are key.


What's the best way to store everything?

  • Always keep your items in a cool, dry space, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or humidity. If possible, keep tightly sealed between uses.
